Where exactly is the charcoal canister on my `02???????

I'm embarrassed, I can't find the charcoal canister on my 2002 3.4 to save my life. Can someone explain where to find, PLEASE?

if you drop your spare tire its above it, black plastic box maybe 12" long and 10" wide roughly with hoses coming in and out of it.
