Where is the do it yourself Transmission fluid Guide?

Where is the do it yourself Transmission flush Guide?

I read this somewhere recently, but I've browsing so much about the tranny issue that I totally forgot where it was. The general idea was do a drain and fill first of the tranny, and then disconnect the tranny cooler lines, start car, let out a quart, stop, refill the quart, and then repeat the process. Anyone have a link to the directions? Thanks

WELL , ON MY TRANNY I ADDED A EXTRA TRANNY COOLER BECUZ OF MY SUPERCHARGER , BUT IF YOUR TRANNY IS IN GOOD CONDITION ALL YOU REALLY NEED TO DO IS DRAIN AND REFILL THE FLUID EVERY 40k MILES OR SO ..
