where is the hose ment to run from intake manifold

i have an 87 runner with the 2l motor and custome turbo setup. that is having alot of problems so i have a few questions
question 1
i found a cut and blocked up hose coming from the top of my inlet manifold.
where is this suppose to run? looked at some pcs of other engines and looks like it goes to the breather spout coming out of top of the head cover??

there is oil spurting from the breather hole in the top of the head??
i have run a oil catch can to stop the mess for the time being.

do you have a working boost gauge already installed if not, it looks like its just for a boost gauge.

yes it has a boost guage installed.
it is the small vacuum line you see in the 2nd pic connecting to the inlet manifold
more towards front of engine

Not sure about the issues you spoke of, but I have to say I'm curious about the choice of location for your intercooler. That item is supposed to be in a good flow of air so it can cool all the hot stuff inside, but you've got it sitting right "on top of the stove", so to speak. Unless you've got a hood scoop leading directly to it, you're getting nothing but hot air to it. Couldn't make a space in front of the radiator near the bottom? Just curious.
