Where to buy new oil filter housing

Besides the stealership, can someone point me in the direction of where to buy a replacement oil filter housing. I'd like to have a spare/swapout for my oil changes.

And can someone confirm if the oil filter wrench is 64 or 65mm? I searched and there are mixed answers

Its 64mm. I got my filter at the dealer and it was relatively inexpensive...
