Where to buy rack and pinion

T4R I need to replace my rack and pinion along with inner and outer tie rods (new R&P comes with inner). Mine has 310k miles and is just flat worn out. Where is the most reasonable place to pick one up? Local auto parts are between $300-$600, what makes the refurb a different ?

What is worn out? Is it leaking? Sloppy feel? If your rack is not leaking I would just do new inner/outer tie rods, and replace the rack guide, and rack bushings. These racks can last a long time, as evidenced by mine with 347k on it. I have no leaks, just need to to the rack bushings and rack guide and I will have basically a brand new rack.

It's sloppy, outer tie rods for sure. But why take it apart twice, I'm at 310k.
