Where to find front and rear gears for a 2003 sport edition?

To anyone who has regeared their 4runner where did you buy them from and did you do it yourself or have a shop put them in? Im looking to regear mine to 4.56. Im just not sure if im looking in the right places. I have already looked at richmond gears and yukon gears. Also would anyone be able to tell me what size rear axle The 03's came with.

Check out east coast gear supply. Some members have had good experiences there whether just buying parts or actually having work done. I don't have firsthand experience with them but that's my opinion based on feedback I've seen posted on here.
