Where to get headlights installed?

I want to do the 03-05 to the 06-09 swap but regarding the wiring harness I'm at a loss. Nowhere on this site have I found what to do with the wiring. I've read how to remove the lights but thats it. I have all the needed parts, I just don't have the experience to be splicing wires especially since the 06-09 has 3 wires and from what I've read the 03-05 has 2. Anybody know what type of place I can get this done at? I called 4Wheel parts and they wont do it. The 4Wheel Parts in Vegas rewired my Shrockworks lights but I guess some shops are just different.

this thread i state which wiring harness i swapped too, how i soldered them and wired them up. Also has the bulb sizes. its pretty much a step by step.
