Where to install a backup camera in a 2004 T4R?

Where is a good place to install an aftermarket backup camera and what kind do you have?? Any pictures would be great!!

The OEM location is on the left side (left of the left lamp) underneath the license plate garnish. You will most likely have to cut/notch the garnish and drill the door hatch sheet metal to look OEM.

Some have mounted it inside along the top edge, underneath where the hatch hinges on. This would keep the camera protected from vandals, etc. Others have placed it on the bumper or above the tow hitch.
