A few years ago I added the stock touchscreen head unit from a 2016 4Runner to my 2013 4Runner. I added everything for the GPS to work, but did not worry about the backup camera.
What would be the easiest way to add a backup camera to this head unit? I can find the stock camera fairly easily but am struggling to locate the correct wiring harness or how to route it.
A little boy approximately the age of my youngest son was struck by a vehicle in his own driveway a few towns over and killed, and I would like the added peace of mind knowing I can easily see what is behind my 4Runner when backing out of my driveway.
