Where'd everyone go?

Harley??? You know there's over 10 million harley's still on the road? Only a handful actually made it home :p:D

You might want to look into a Road King or a VRod. The Fatboy is a pig. It handles and brakes like crap. I'll have to stop by the MSF course and make fun of you :p.

We need to firm up plans for this. Where are we meeting? Harolds again or someplace new? Any wrenching that needs to be done? I can bring tools. Karl accidentally called me last night and I think I talked him into the rear airbags (went kinda like this.. "You definitely need to get airbags" ... "Ok").

Yeah, sorry about that phone call Bobby.

Problem is I forgot I have a wedding in Boston that afternoon, so unless everyone wants to come up this way, I am out for the 13th :(.

Since there's a few guys (and a gal) coming from the north, how about Harold's Deli in Lyndhurst?

Directions:
Garden State Pkwy to exit 153, Route 3 East to Route 17 South Lyndhurst.

New Jersey Turnpike exit 16 (Route 3 W) to Route 17 South (Lyndhurst), exit Polito Ave. Hotel at jct of Route 3 & 17. Located inside the Quality Inn Hotel.

Any thoughts? grunts? moans? etc?
 
Further North would be nice, I wouldn't mind going to the one on route 17 and shaving some mileage off the trip.

We started going to the one on exit 10 because it was mostly central to all members but now there is more people from the north so it's only fair that the meeting point be somewhere more central.

I have no problems either way, just thinking of the sorry saps that have to drive 3+ hrs :p.
 
Fair is fair...I'm okay with coming up to Lyndhurst. I just thought that someone had said that that Harold's wasn't any good. Any other good places in that area?
 
I've never been there so I don't know.

The problem is parking for us. Where can we meet where we can park and gawk at all the mods. We can always meet at a park but someone better bring me a sammich :p.
 
I'm not familiar enough with that area to suggest another place. There's always the lots at the Meadowlands, but I don't know which ones are open and if security will hassle us. I think there's a Devils playoff game that afternoon too.
 
So did the meet take place? I was so busy lat week I totally missed this thread. Dang, I am like 10 minutes away from the Harolds on 17......
 
Holy cow. What am I saying. Not last week. I'ts on the 13th.........What time are you guys getting together? I will try to make it for sure...Need to get permission from the boss (wife)....
