Where's the SRT & ASL on the Scion HU?

Okay, I did it! I actually put in the scion hu with only one "small" problem--the rear defrost doesn't seem to work anymore when I got done. Hmmm, must have left something unplugged in there? Or maybe we don't need it in Minnesota. Anyway.... Anyway, I was playing with the sound on the system after watching the interactive video again on the controls of the hu, and couldn't find the SRT and ASL. Supposedly, when you push the volume dial in on the 2006 1807 (I think that's the 2006 one disc scion player number) you are supposed to get the controls: SRT, bass, treb, fade, balance and ASL. However, on mine, I get only bass, treble, fade and balance. No SRT and no ASL. I am a little puzzled? Anyone else got the same? Any guesses on the cause?

The ASL is inactive because the lead on the h/u has to be hooked up to a line that brings speed pulses from the rear end. Dunno if it is really compatible with a 4Runner.

SRT only works with MP3 CD's. If you're using a regular audio CD or FM/AM/XM/Sirius, then SRT won't show up. The feature was meant to enhance the MP3 playback quality.

I have no idea about ASL.
