Which Bilstein 4600 front shocks?

Hello all,

I'm shopping for new shocks for our 2wd, V6, 6-lug, 4runner SR5.

I've looked on a few websites and now hit a roadblock. I leaning toward the Bilstein 4600s because I have Bilsteins in my Taco and they work fine.

All of the websites have different parts for the front Bilsteins depending on 2wd or 4wd. If you choose Eibach then the part numbers are different depending on whether you have a 4 cyl 5-lug or a V6 6-lug.

I'm thinking Bilstein has it screwed up and 2wd/4wd has nothing to do with it

There are no 5 lug 4runners.
Just a guess but, the 2wd vs 4x4 bilsteins might be valved differently because of the weight difference from the 2wd not having the axles, diff, transfercase and the rest of the 4x4 parts.
