which is the power wire in the stock radio harness? ('08)

I know it's dumb question, but on my Nissan it's not red, so I want to make sure, as I need to tap it to power the diversity antenna for a Scion HU install.

Which plug, and which wire? Any help appreciated...

There are 2 power wires. The light green/yellow comes from 20A Radio NO.1 Fuse, and ACC +B which is a grey wire. Hope this helps others as well.

so the green/yellow is constant power then, correct, while the grey is the switched power...

Correct.

They are both in the 10 pin A connector. Pin 3 for the gray wire and pin 4 for the light green/ yellow wire.

Can someone clarify this for me as I may be installing a Scion HU in the near future......do you splice the small antenna lead that has no home on the scion unit to one of the power wires indicated above (the grey switched wire?). I'm unsure of which wire is the power wire to the diversity amp, I'm assuming it's the small lead that has no home on the new decks.

If you are referring to the small antenna male plug then no that never gets hooked up. According to an older post the pc board in the Scion units has places for the diversity components but they were never installed. Apparently the 4Runner H/U sends power to the antenna amplifier through pin 8 on the 10 pin plug (a black wire) so you would need to tap the gray wire (pin 3 on the same plug) and run a jumper wire to the black wire on pin 8.
