Which model did you get: SR5 Sport Edition or Limited

I got the SR5 cause it was the only vehicle i liked. We looked at jeeps, mustangs that were beat like a red headed step child, and a few old BMWs, but we past the SR5 one day headed to my moms work and it was love at first sight. Some old man had it and treated it with some TLC for a long time. But must have never heard of a tune up cause when we got it. It needed one BAD.

I bought a SR5 2wd just for work use but I should have gone with a SE. After joining T4R.org and adding all these mods I really reget going with a SR5.

Oh well now I know, I am working on either keeping or trading my 05 in for a 07 SE 4wd.

I got an SR5 because I got a great deal on it, $5,291 below MSRP. I could not pass up the deal that I worked out.

I went from a 1996 T100 to my '07 4Runner Sport.
I wish I would have done it sooner.

Got a 07' SR5. V8, Standard Fulltime 4x4, Galactic Gray....FIICK yeah!! Went from a FJ Cruiser and completely feel the difference in power (but I still think highly of the FJ).

This is my logic...it's about to be 2008, and we all know how excited 4Runner owners are about the 2010 models to come. If I can save a little bit of money by buying a SR5 in order to get a top of the line 2010, then I'm all for it.

I can't take part in the poll as mine is a SSR-G (Hilux Surf), not a 4runner. still the specs are somewhere between a Limited and a SR5 (if that helps)

Is this for all generations or just the 4th generation? For me no question, I got a SR5 because at 6'4" I hit my head on the Moon Roof. I guess you can find a non-Moon Roof Sport or Limited, but I couldn't find any.

By the way, I have sat in the new generation and it has the same problem with a low roof line.

I was looking at an '06 Ltd, even took it for test drive, but we didn't get out of the lot. I sat up to look over my shoulder, and stuck my head into the roof! After that, I started specifying "no moonroof" as I continued to call around.

Ended up with a new '07 SR5.

I was shopping for 08 Sport Edition
I got the 08 Limited.
I got mad at the salesman, cause I order the Sport one. it never came in. I talk to his boss, I got Limited for the price of the Sport .

Didn't find out it was a chrome edition till I started to research these trucks.
