Which Mods to Do First? 5th gen SR5

Skid plates and sliders are pretty high on my list. As someone extremely new to this, can I ask, how does having the under armor, skid plates, etc, affect the ability to have work done, like oil changes and whatever, if I had to take it to my mechanic?

I have the full RCI skids and there are places to access drain plugs, etc without the need to remove them. I think most of the other brands of skids are the same in this regard.

Great thread. Can't beat getting sound advise on where to spend the cash from those that have done it already.

That being said my first mod upon delivery will be tires.
