Which shocks and struts should I get?

I have a 2000 T4R Sport with 200K and the existing shocks and struts are shot. Can anyone recommend a complete set that will bring me close to the specs of OEM? I dont need anything crazy. Just need something to use for about 50K of mostly highway. I don't want to spend much on parts because the labor is going to be pricey.
