Which way should I fold the front pinch weld

cShould I fold it in towards the center of the rig or towards the outside of the rig?

I have 34s and they rub on the pinch weld. I have seen people do it both ways and I have also seen people just grind it off.

I meant to post this in the 4th gen forum but id still like any advice.

I went towards center so if I still made contact it would be on a rolled edge instead of a sharp one.
