Whining noise at idle.

1998 4Runner 3.4L 4WD. I have a whining noise at idle, you dont hear it at driving speeds. the noise is present while running in P, N, R and D. It looks like its from the AC idler pulley. I looked up the parts there is 2 different choices. Dealer installed or factory installed. 8844004040 - dealer installed or 8844035060 factory installed.

What does that even mean? Is one better than the other?

I went with this one about two months ago and it works fine. This is one of those things that I don't feel the need to get from Toyota. A pulley is a pulley and a good bearing is a good bearing whether or not it comes in a Toyota box.
