WhiteWalls OUT! Photo Thread

I approve of this thread, especially like it for black wheels to help break up the black abyss of wheel/tire.

I love the look of Raised White Letter sidewalls, but enough rough curb and/or rock contact and they can start to look ugly.

It was a tough decision but, :decision:

even my wife said the black walls made it look more "truck like"... :thumb:

I agree...but damn man it looks good at first.

I like solid letters like the BFG. White outlined letters don’t look as good IMO
 
OWL Duratracs-old schoolers and new schoolers agree

They do get dirty, which reduces the contrast quite a bit. I wouldn't go any other way on a white vehicle. Saw this FJ in Fairplay, CO.

Thanks everyone- I had been thinking about this for my new TRD ORP and this thread helped convince me. My first pickup was a 1983 SR-5 4x4 Short Bed. This WLO look brings back great memories.
