Done with school, finally back in SoCal (even if it's in the Inland Empire).

Probably the only Galactic Gray SR5 4WD in Southern California living in Mira Loma.

Welcome guys! I updated the list and we are now up to 87. We are well on our way to the big 100 mark.

BTW, if any of you wish you had the sport hood scoop, I'm going to be selling mine that I bought new from the dealer. I'll eventually get around to posting it up for sale in the classifieds with more details, but the gist of it is that I haven't had a job for 6-months and need the money. I got an insane deal from a friend that works for Toyota corporate, so I'll pass along the savings, plus some more. Hate to part with it I'm just posting here in case any locals want to hit me up about it before I start advertising it across the boards.

Thanks a lot, that is really considerate. Although money is scarce, the 6-months were my own doing. I chose to quit my last job, I chose to chill in Santa Barbara while my girlfriend finished her degree, and then I chose to go to Europe for 5-weeks. So, as you can see, I'm to blame for my situation, so don't worry about me. However, I need a job pretty bad now, a death in the family and another cancer surgery have delayed my search a bit. So any job leads would be helpful. I got my degree in Mechanical Engineering four years ago from UCSB, then worked for an environmental engineering firm for 3.5 years. I am open to any exciting career change, but am currently pursuing the product development and industrial design field. Thx again for thinking of me.

If your willing to drive to the Inland Empire, I have some contacts in the environmental field specifically in air like oxidizers, WESP, and SCR's. What area did you go into, air, water, or soil?

Primarily water and wastewater treatment design; however I also did air in the design of multi-million dollar odor control scrubbers and HVAC systems. As a design engineer & project manager I was responsible for every level of a project from pre-proposal to design, construction, and operation. My days could include everything from meeting with clients, vendors, contractors, and subconsultants to generating reports, life-cycle cost estimates, calculations, and drawings to tracking budgets, change-orders, and project schedule.

Now that everyone knows a little more about my background, I'll email or PM you so that we don't clutter up this thread too much. Thanks again Spider5 for your help.

Riverside County sucks ass. I miss Fullerton, but when I win the Super Jackpot then maybe I can afford to buy back my old house !

Like I said before, I've probably got THE ONLY SR5 4WD 4Runner in SoCal ! You can't miss it...just look for the limo tinted Grey 4Runner with the Limited wheels.

I have a '93 4runner SR5 4x4, it's basically stock, but I plan on getting it more trail ready. I also have an M416 1/4 ton military trailer to tow when we go camping. I wanted something that would take the abuse offroad. I am definately interested in meeting up with groups and going offroad.
