hey snap315 what color are you looking for? I might be able to help, I already have a couple people trying to locate one. they said there is one on special order in CA, but couldnt see where it was going. (NF) option is one to look for, its the X-reas with rear highth control.

Oops! I meant for you guys to count me in on the list for So Cal 4R owners when I replied. Sorry did not realize you guys were meeting this weekend.
Anyway, my car is going to spend Saturday at the dealer. I took it up to San Jose for the weekend and got the stinky sulfur smell really bad. Which sucks because I had to roll up my back window. Did anyone of you guys have this problem and had it fixed? The closest dealers to me are Culver City and Marina Del Rey....anyone has any contacts? Thanks guys!

When I was shopping a new SUV a few weeks ago, one of the Nissan saleskids said, "Look how many Nissan Pathfinders are on the road !" I actually started looking while I was out and about on the freeways, streets, parking lots, etc. Ya know what ? I probably saw AT LEAST 10 4Runners for every Pathfinder out there. At the local beach parking lot last Sunday, I saw 1 (one) Pathfinder and within the space of probably 50 feet, there were 5 4Runners, including a clone (except for color) of my new one !! Also present were a myriad of Jeeps, Explorers, TrailBlazers, and Lexus.
Last nite in a parking structure in Westwood (next to UCLA), just where I was parked, again, within 50 feet, there were at least 4 other 4Runners ! :awais: In my apartment complex (25 units), there are 2 other 4Runners, now 3 with mine. In fact I park next to an older 4Runner :lmao:
Now I chuckle to myself about that saleskid's statement everytime I see a 4R on the road.

Just goes to show you can't trust salesmen. I told one once that i was looking for a Toyota Mr-2, he said he didn't have any right now, but he did have a Toyota Del Sol. I said really, I'd like to see that. We walked over to a HONDA Del Sol. I looked at it and said thats a Honda and walked away. They will tell you anything to get you to buy a car.
