Who made the port installed spoiler?

Southeastern Toyota port installed a aftermarket rear spoiler that I think looks better than the OEM (Japan) spoiler. Does anyone know who made these for SET? I would think with SET choosing to go with this spoiler that the fit and finish would be close or the same as the OEM (Japan) spoiler.

I do not have a picture, I had a 2006 2WD with the port installed spoiler. I sold it and just bought a 2006 4WD without a spoiler and would like to get the same one that I had on my first 4Runner.

The port installed spoiler did not have the hump. It looks like the 2003-2004.

My guess it was made by the guy that owns the Jaguars.
