Who would you guys recommend for buying lift partd from?

I'm suffering buyers paralysis for fear of getting the wrong parts and would like to talk to an actual person on the phone before I pull the trigger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ouch! What questions do you have? Friends don't let other friends make bad suspension decisions!

If you still want to talk to a vendor;

Wheeler's, Toytec, Metaltech, Demello

Icon, King and similiar are pretty knowledgeable and should be able to help you out too if you want some of the high end stuff. Not sure if you will get good advice directly from OME or Bilstein.
 
Go call Wheelers! They've been very helpful to me in a pinch a couple times now. Avoid MRT and TAP. Just my .02.
 
Thanks guys. I bought some used adjustable 5100s on fj coils of the classified board and I need to get the rear sorted as well. I have xreas, so I have to do so, and I figured if I'm going to pay the labor I may as well go ahead and lift it a few inches in the back too.

Well, my xreas has 160,000 on it and the ride is starting to suffer. I figured if I'm going to replace the shocks I may as well get a bit of a lift. I guess since I've already got the front Billy's and fj coils on the way I just need something comparable for the rear. As I type this I know the answer is 5100s for the rear and some coils that'll give me some lift. D'oh!
 
Locally you could call Moab Off Road. The are on Poplar Level Rd a mile or two south of I-264.
I have not shopped them...yet. I too am thinking about a mild lift.

I thought about having them do the install, but I hear they're pretty proud of their work. As in, super expensive. I wonder if they keep parts for 4runners in stock? I have the impression it's a jeep centric operation.
 
It would not surprise me if they are expensive as they are about the only game in town. I think there is a place out in Blugrass Industrial Park as well but I am drawing a blank on their name.

If it comes to you let me know. A buddy of mine recommended a place about 40 minutes away in Indiana, but I'd rather do it within uber range of my house.
 
V34x4 is the place out in Middletown. Looks to be primarily a Jeep joint but might be worth a call. What shop in Southern Indiana did your friend recommend?

I don't know. He works out at my gym. I'll ask him next time I see him. Thanks for the info.
