Well after 9 months I'm finally buttoning up the head job on my '95. When I started this I labeled all the hoses with duct tape and perm. marker. However after the past 9 months of sitting outside half of the tags have fell off or are not readable. Guess I should of take more time and drawn out a diagram as well.

I've gotten most of it sorted out but I have a few lines I can not figure out. The first one is coming off of the rear of the motor as pictured. It's the one all the way to the left which is the drivers side. I cannot figure out where the other end goes. I'm praying it's not under the upper plenum and now I can't get to it.

Also there are 2 hoses coming from the bottom of the power steering pump. Both of those currently have no home.

And finally the pcv valve hose. The one that was on it was hard as a rock and broke all to hell so I can't really use it to tell the general area it was. So any help there would be great. Thanks a bunch. Hopefully I'll have this thing fired up this weekend.

I can't help right this minute, but I should be buttoning up my 3VZE tomorrow night, I'll try to remember to take some pictures and report back here.

Small diameter tube goes to the partially insulated hose that runs coolant through throttle body. It goes to the inlet below and to the firewall side of the air intake.
The hoses off the PS pump are probably vacuum advance lines and go to the fittings on the plenum. The runner isn't here right now so.... hope this helps.

The image I put on here is one I got from Google. The partially insulated hose is actually connected to the metal line shown. You say below the intake, so now that my intake is all bolted up nice and tight am I screwed and have to pull the upper plenum back off? That would suck.

Also tomorrow I am working at a house that has a 91 t4r V6 sitting out in the yard. Looks pretty run down but if it still has the motor would all of the emission stuff on a 91&95 be the same? I could probably snoop around on that a bit and get an idea of what I missed if they are the same.

You shouldn't have to pull the plenum. The coolant tubes comes out of the throttle body parallel to the valve cover. Facing the TB from the driver side fender the hose would connect to the tube on the right side of the throttle body. The coolant continues through the TB and in to a similar hose on the left side.
As far as the other two hoses they are related to bumping up the idle when turning so they are not emissions related. Google 3vze P/S idle up solenoid or something like that for a vacuum hose diagram.

I think they are the same. The only thing different i think is the spark plugs and timing belt tensioner as far as i've noticed

Thanks for the help guy. Update. I looked at the truck at my job and they are the same. However, this truck has the 2 lines from the power steering pump capped off. So I have everything else figured out other than those. I know which 2 ports they are but not where each one goes. Is there a chance this doesn't matter? To me it looks like some sort of loop that could flow through the fitting on the ps pump either way? One goes to the upper plenum and the other to a hard line that comes out under the plenum. Anoth issue is they are both encased in a tube so without unhooking the other end and blowing through it I can tell which is which.

That i don't know i can try and look when i go out on lunch at work today in about a hour and a half

Well I went ahead and hooked them up the way it looked more like it was. One was just a tad longer than the other so I put it to the farthest port even though both hoses would reach. From what I read this regulates the motor when the truck is at full turn to help steer easier. If the truck runs weird when we start it (which will hopefully be tomorrow) then I'll just swap em and see if that helps. If not then I guess I'll have other issues. Let's pray not.

no kidding. I couldn't figure out where they go. For all i know mine may be crossed to. One time i looked under the hood and saw the fell off because of the dumb squeeze clamps so i did the same thing that you did and faked it and didn't have a problem

Thanks for all the help. Hopefully tomorrow or Sunday I'll have good news.

FYI that vacuum valve for the power steering can be deleted with no issues. Mine started leaking one day, so bad that the pump burnt up on my three mile commute home. I found a thread about the delete on yotatech, it is just a matter of getting a bolt of the same size/ thread pitch of the valve ( I do not remember the exact size but I was able to find it at my local Ace), and two caps for the vacuum ports on the plenum.

Update: After fighting with the AFM sensor I've got it up and running. Sounds pretty good. Temp got up to normal and seemed to stay there but the true test will be the road test. I guess from unhooking the AT cooler I lost a lot of fluid as its not even on the stick so I got to run and grab some fluid. Other than that no leaks so far and she purrs like a kitten (flowmaster helps).

Just an FYI if you have a problem with your truck not firing with the AFM sensor plugged in but it will run for a couple of seconds and die without it plugged in it's an easy fix. I'm not sure what caused it but I pulled the top off the sensor and 3 little tabs that come in on the wiring were bent over and touching each other. I gently pried them back up off eachother and it runs great. Not sure if it was a good idea or not but I used an industrial hot glue that I use for work and put nice blobs over the terminals so it shouldn't let them fall back over. Glued the lid back on and the truck runs like a champ. Can't wait to take it down the road!!

Another issue on my hands. When I start the truck cold the idle seems to be a tad high (around 1000rpm) then as the truck warms up over the next few minutes the idle tops out at 1450-1500. We've replace every inch of vacuum line on the truck as I figured it was a vacuum leak. But any idea what could cause the idle to climb as the truck warms up?

I put a timing light on the truck with the e1 &te1 pins crossed and set it at 10* but with that high of an idle I feel that might be inaccurate. I moved the dist. 2-3* each way to see if it would bring the idle down but it didn't.
