Why doesn't this forum resize images?

Only thing I have noticed so far is that it makes the smilies tiny when replying to a post.

I'll take a look at that in a bit and figure a way to exclude those (or rather, make only to resize images larger than "x" pixels) - that should exclude anything like the smilies or other small images that get stuck in a small container

I still can't understand what the issue is here - and why people can't see there's an issue here. I've been using vBulletin forums for close to 20 years and no other one I've come across has the crazy layout issues this one does. It's been a long time since I set up a vBulletin forum but IIRC there are easy options to control this.
