No offense Ron, but I also have nothing to prove. I hope to still be wheeling and exploring when I'm 75. Going out and doing extreme stuff in a truck (especially a somewhat nice one) does not prove a darn thing, but it sure is FUN! I wheel for fun, that is it. I do all types of off-roading, sometimes I enjoy casual overlanding, other times I like to hit the rocks and push things a bit (don't use my 4r for that much anymore, but it is still fun to push it a little).
So do you go off-road for some other reason besides fun? It's all good... It's just that everyone has their own definition of what fun is...Sometimes it's just making it to a destination, other times it is looking for a difficult trail. One size does not fit all. I'm glad your truck meets your needs. it seems 100% capable of doing what you are after and then some. But.. it might not be enough for some people's definition of fun.... and you may at some point want to push things a little harder. Nothing wrong with that either.
