Wierd cutout/stutter at highway speeds

I've driven my car about 1200 miles on the freeway since purchasing it a month ago. If I keep it above 70MPH, occasionally, I'll feel a slight stutter that almost feels like someone is bumping the cruise control on and off (letting up on the gas and immediately punching back down). The RPMs don't fluctuate and it hasn't been getting worse. I've replaced the TPS (threw a code two weeks ago), fuel filter, cleaned the MAF and throttle body out (only on one side of the flapper), and ran Seafoam through the intake and some through the gas tank. The truck has new NGK plugs and wires.

I'm really starting to suspect the fuel pump, though I figure it would get worse and worse the more I push it to go places.

Any relationship to the blinkers being used? Mine did something simlar (every so slight miss/hesitation at any speed under throttle) While I used my blinkers.

Changed the bulbs and found out one was shorting causing the ECU to think i was applying brakes which then caused the miss. New bulbs, no more miss.

I don't believe so. I'm mostly on straightaways. I do need to check some of the wiring the PO did. It is a bit sketch. He added a winch and LED light pods. I will look closer at the electrical now for sure though

I was getting something that that, felt sort of like I was going over a bump and losing traction for a second.

I replaced the top intake hose which had a very loose connection where the pcv hose connects right before the TB, the new one is really tight. Also replaced the ignition coils because 2 if them corrosion on the connectors I couldnt fully get off, and the boots had 220k on them. Haven't noticed it since.

That sounds exactly like what is going on.
Funny you mention the PCV hose..mine is cracked on the right side and the connection is loose on both ends. I highly doubt its that, but can't hurt to replace. This is the hose you mean, correct?

I'll check the coil packs, but my vehicle has just over 167k--I'd hope it isn't those.

could also be a clogged exhaust building back pressure also an old clogged fuel filter..

Yeah. Mine is also loose on the valve cover in that I can twist it right and left and there is a little oil mist splatter around it. But I dont see a way to replace it other than replacing the whole cover so I didnt bother.

The other end where it goes to the intake your's doesnt even look seated properly. That plastic coupler is meant to be tight in the intake hose. My old one could be pulled out really easy and I assume was sucking in air. I tried a zip tie on it but couldnt get it sealed snug because of the shape. The new hose came with a coupler already in it.

I think it was actually one of the coil packs that fixed it even though I never got any codes. I put in new OE Sumitomo wires too. The coils weren't too expensive I got them straight from Denso for about $55 each.
