Wierd rattle behind radio

The title says it all. When the engine speed is at a certain RPM, I get a weird buzzing noise from behind the radio (Entune, non JBL). I pulled the radio, and thinking it was the wiring harness or the heater ducts touching this weird crossbar behind the radio, I placed some cloths to prevent any things from vibrating. Well the buzz is still there. I noticed that the AC ducting loosely fits onto the radio fascia/vents, so I am wondering if that's the culprit.

I will continue to investigate tomorrow, but I am wondering if anyone has had this issue and can point me in the right direction.
