will '12 TE rails fit on a '16 SR5?

I have an opportunity to pick up a pair of 2012 Trail Edition OEM Step Rails.

Will they fit the SR5 I just purchased?

Is it a pure bolt on installation?

Any concerns or warnings?

New to all of this and appreciate any guidance shared.

i'm going to take 'yes' as it'll fit, it is a straight bolt on, there are no concerns or modifications needed.
