Will 275/65/18 Duratracs be enough tire for a 3/2 cornfed lift?

I found a local guy who builds offroad rigs (yes I'm using the term rigs because he actually builds RIGS) and he does it at his garage out in the country so overhead is low and his rate is $45 per hour. So even if it takes him 4 hours to do it I'm only looking at $180. I just want my truck lifted!!! is that to much to ask?

You should have your wish tomorrow. Going this evening after work to pick up the truck. Just talked to the guy doing the work and he said the left front was being a bugger but he was almost done with the front which means it should be smooth sailing from here. Tires should also be mounted this evening. Will post pics tomorrow

just ordered a man a fre front skid as well, Hopefully it should be here next week. was a little irritated that they sent me an email after i placed my order. saying th at the price had gone up and that shipping was going to be an additional 100 dollars

Looks great! I forgot are you running wheel spacers now too? Let us know what you do to solve your alingment and rubbing issue. Other than that, what about speed/torque... have you noticed any difference when accelerating now that the final drive ratio has changed with the larger tires? I suspect if you have a V8 you might not notice as much. I love the way those tires look on the limited rims, I just don't know if I want to run a tire that big and have to lose my front mud flaps, I have Sport running boards so they wouldn't offer as much proctection as yours do from rocks and mud. I would personally love to run a 265/265/18 Duratrac to avoid some rubbing/alingment/speedo issues but I don't think the come in that size. Your truck looks great, just don't know if I am brave enough for that tire size.
