Will 275/65/18 nitto terra Grapplers fit on my stock trail??

I am in the process of purchasing some new rims and tires and I got a quote from a guy that says the 275/65/18 terra Grapplers will fit on my stock TE but I don't know if I trust his opinion fully so can anyone help me and let me know if they will??

Yep, They will fit fine as long as you're putting them on 18 inch rims of course. They come out to a 32.07 inch diameter compared to a 31.6 stock size. http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

If I was to put the 275/65 18s on the 4th gen wheels, due to the difference in backspacing of apparently about 15mm or .6" from them to the 5th gen, what is the likely hood of rubbing?? Are things that close inside?

I can go with the 265/65, but I like the idea of a little wider...
