will a 2nd winch mount fit on a 3rd gen with a reinforced crossmember?

will a 2nd G trailgear winch plate fit a 3rd G with a modified reinforced crossmember

Hi guys , just wanted some input on an idea I have.

Do any of you know if the 2nd gen frame rails are the same distance away from eachother as the 3rd gens?

This winch mount is supposed to fit the 2nd gens and I was wondering if I added a reinforced crossmember like the "addictedoffroad" (last picture) item would it be close to fitting?Let me know if anybody has tried this out.

well that wasn't really helpful..I know its not going to be a simple bolt on I just want to know if the dimensions are somewhat similar.I'm pretty handy with tools so a little modification shouldnt be a problem.
