Will FJ Steelies fit on stock 99

I found some Steel rims from an FJ on Craigslist. Would they fit on a stock 99?

I'm not sure about steelies, but I do know for a fact that stock FJ wheels fit fine without the need for a spacer or anything. I have them on my 4R with no problems.
