What is it your trying to do? When I installed the scion HU I used the same plugs no additional items needed. I then bought the adapter (ebay, guy in SF area) to hook up the sub box but it did not look like the one in your picture. What plug are on the other end, I can only see a couple of RCA male, is there anything else?

He bought a toyota amp integration harness.... I doubt that would fit a 4runner .


That usually works with the celica's with the amp in the center console.

yeah, i didn't buy it yet, but i did talk to a sales rep and she said that it wouldn't. so no dice ladies and gents. i guess i can look on ebay. late i checked i couldn't find any, only old dead links on other threads. thanks for the help anyway. late.

Heres a link to a kit that has everything for an amp. There are not currently any for just the adapter. Usually an ebay search for "scion sub" will have results for what you are looking for.

i didn't spend the money on the adaptor after all. what i did was i just tapped into the rear speakers and ran that line with to the amp instead.
