Will the factory '06 head unit fit in an '03?

A buyer is asking if this head unit from my '06 4Runner will fit in his '03. We both have the JBL sound system.

Not really, Toyota nonJBL harness are different than JBL equipped ones. I found out the hard way a while back......... good times. not.
