yes but...
They will fit but that is huge overkill if you are not already lifted.

4 Runner Shocks/Struts
I was looking at some of these auctions also and still wonder can we use Tacoma shocks/struts on 4Runners?
I need to replace my shocks/struts/springs and was thinking of putting a 1-2" lift on it in the process. There are quite a few nice auctions on eBay for Tacoma hardware.
