Hey guys wondering if these tires will fit on stock rims from my 99 limited. When it comes to rubber I'm a complete n00b

and those will be super skinny as well. i personally wouldnt go smaller(narrower) than a 255, but thats just me

Yep :iagree: The stock size is 265 and you will be going to a 235!! a little skinny if you ask me.. for winter driver skinnier is better but for everyday driving? Too skinny for that size.

i depends on who you ask and what you mean by run 33s? im running a 285 70 17 which equals out to be like a 33x10.50x17, and i have no lift, i have some rubbing at full flex and turned to lock, but other than that 95% of the time i never notice it. but a lot of guys will tell you you will need a 3" lift to run 33s, so idk. if you are ok with a little rub, then you dont need a lift, but if you dont want to rub then get at least a 2" lift

^ True, But.... It can also depend on how SAGGY the OPs suspension is. Then again, like you say, it depends on who you ask....

First, a 235/85-16 is about 31.73" tall.
Next, if it is a 235/85-16, you can run it with stock suspension on stock wheels and probably will get zero rubbing.
LR "E" in a narrow 31.7" tire will ride pretty rough.
Typically a 285/75-16 or a 305/75-16 (33"ers) will need some cutting and pounding even with a suspension lift. Usually a small (1"-1.5") body lift is needed to eliminate rubbing when fully stuffing wheels.
