Will this body piece under the hood from a 90 4runner fit on a 90 pickup?

I have a 1990 4x4 pickup and was wondering if this body piece in the picture (from a 4runner), hood and grill from a 1990 4runner will fit on my pickup? I feel like an idiot asking this, but what is this body part called?

upper radiator support, or core support.

90 runner to 90 pickup should be the same size.
