Define "fit". On the roof? In the cargo area? Randomly stuck on the front of the truck, or did you want it to look right and function the way it was built for?

It was on craigslist and i tried getting ahold of the guy but I haven't heard back from him so I was just seeing if anyone had an idea if it would fit or not

That bumper is almost 6.5' wide and your truck is closer to 5.5' wide. You could fab brackets and mount but it would stick out each side a good 5 to 6 inches. You could then narrow it, but you either lose the clean look of the bumper or a ton of time making it right.
Short answer, yes it can fit. I would keep looking though.

Jeramy - best advice - get one that's made for youR 4Runner. I don't know the year but you can find a winch bumper here --
