Will TPMS/Wheels/Tires from 2015+ on a 2004?

I've searched but couldn't find answers.

I'm looking to buy some OE 2015 or later wheels with TPMS onto my 2004. I know the wheels and tires will fit, but I'm not sure if the TPMS will work.

If you have the old ones from your 04 yes ,if not have to get em programmed somewhere !
