I removed all the cloth and vinyl from the panels and traced them out onto some wood panels. I marked out all my holes and then sprayed them with the spray on bedliner from wal-mart. It looks ok but there is nothing like the real rhino liner, or line-x. I did have the very rear panels done with the rhino and they turned out pretty good. I wanted to put 6x9 speakers backe there and the plastic panels seemed a bit flimsy so I had them lined. The only thing i did not do was have the uv protectant applied on any of the rhino liner. I must say i should have done it. I will from now on.
I have since taken out those panels and have made some 1 piece lexan panels for each side and the tailgate. they will bolt up in the factory holes and have two marine grade 6x9's on each side.
