What works best at cleaning windows?
It also needs to be safe to use with tinted windows.

On the outside, I use RainX windshield washer fluid.

On the inside, I use a dry microfiber cloth.

Windows

I use the Stoner "Invisible Glass" but you are supposed to do it twice. I don't have tinted windows but a buddy of mine who recomended the product does, he also uses the product. I read the label and it states that it is safe for tinted windows.
Here in Connecticut you can purchase it at Autozone, Advance Auto, and Pep Boys. It sells for about $4.00 per 19oz. spray can.

Turtle Wax

I just started using Turtle Wax ClearVue Auto Glass Cleaner. It does a good job of removing the haze from the inside of my windshield without leaving streaks. Much better than Windex and it says that it is safe for tinted windows.

Had my two front windows done yesterday with the 3M brand of tint. The place that did the tint said that any window cleaner that is used has to be ammonia free. Hope this helps.

On the outside, Sprayway Glass Cleaner that can be bought at Costco. It works well, and typically doesn't leave any streaks. On the inside with tint, I use water and wipe it with a paper towel. It's typically recommended to use water or water with mild soap for tinted windows; at least most tint shops recommend so. As for privacy glass, I don't know if cleaners will harm them, but to be on the safe side, I'd use water. The inside of the windows typically don't get dirty enough to need to use anything stronger.
