Window Glass Alignment

So we headed up to Tahoe with my "new to me" 2003 T4R this weekend. Probably some of the worst driving conditions I have encountered but the T4R handled it well.

You may wonder why the T4R is in the garage and I'm not on the hill snowboarding...

The drivers side window glass decided to take a sh*t on me...

Once I had the panel off of the door, I noticed that the bolt holding the window to the crossbar was missing. I finally found it inside the door and replaced it. Here's where it gets tricky: The glass is no longer in the channels (rubber guides on both sides of the window frame). I cannot figure out how to get the glass back into the channels. There may be a possible way if I remove the glass altogether and try to start fresh by sliding it in from the top. The only problem I have with this is the fact that it was very difficult to replace the bolt in the first place. So, if there is way to make this happen, I'd love to hear it. I just walked into the house to warm up - the garage will be 12 degrees tonight...

After warming up in the house and drinking a bottle of smart juice (beer), I went back into the garage and stared at the problem. Apparently, one of the "arms" on the window regulator was bent way out of shape. Most likely happened after the window came off the regulator and I kept playing with the button. Now back in town I picked up a new regulator, installed it, and we're back in business all fixed.
