I've been having this really annoying problem the last month or so. Passenger side window would rattle very noticeably unless it was all the way up or all the way down. Most annoying at highway speeds.
The glass is held to the window regulator via 2 bolt screws. These have come loose over time and need to be re-tightened with a 10mm socket.
Interior door panel has to come off and the large door speaker needs to be removed to access the front bolt. The rear bolt can be accessed through the vapor barrier.
Step 1: roll your window all the way down! This will line-up the bolts you need to tighten with the openings in the door.
Step 2: pull off your door panel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiVy_l5aYHA
Step 3: Remove the speaker , secured by 4x 10 mm bolts.
Step 4: Peel back the lower part of the vapor barrier.
You should now see this, and the 2 bolts that need to be tightened should be visible.
While you're in there lube the regulator tracks, now reverse to put everything back together.
I've also attached the door component list and the factory service manual for extra clarification.
