window question

Does anyone know if the windows are made with some kind of water repellant or are the windows coated with some kind of chemical. I ask because I used a bunch of different chemicals to remove some nasty liquid residue cement type of junk that fell all over my runner as it was parked in a new parking structure when it rained. I got pics of the nasty stuff and will post em up in awhile. Only way I could remove the junk on the window was to use a razor blade. In the aftermath I noticed that when i spray that window with water the wicking effect is not the same as the others.

Now clean it with Dr. Stoners Invisible Glass. That stuff is awesome for cleaning the glass but it also makes the water bead up and run off better than rain X IMHO. Oh yeah, to answer your question- I have no idea.
