Window tintin

Hey everyone, I wanted to tint my windows for my 99 4runner with the darkest legal tint there is. Anyone know the window tinting laws for Virginia?

And also, I have heard that there is another type of tinting that involves actually spray tinting the windows instead of using film, if anyone has any suggesstions/feedback/advice or know where to get it done, please let me know.

if you want to see what 50% window tint looks like, look at the driver side windows on my 4runner pics. the rest of the windows are 5% limo tint.
