Window washer reservoir issue

So in between the filler tube and the reservoir tank is there something like a grommet or a washer suppose to be there because my dose not have anything there and you can wiggle the tube back and forth in the tank and I'm worried for the future of getting crap in it and clogging the pump or lines. I've tried looking up part numbers and diagrams and I've yet to find anything i even went to two different dealerships and they ether shrugged or told me to hondabond it together and i really would rather not do that incase i need to take it apart. Do any of you guys have any other suggestions? Or have or did have the same issue. Ive also got two pictures to go along for the idea.

You could probably get an o-ring to fit the filler neck. not sure how they come from factory

Didn't know it was 2 pieces. Never had mine apart but I can fill it right to the top of the filler tube and it doesn't leak. Let us know if your's holds a full level.
