Windshield area rust

Has anyone repaired window rust this severe??

This 2006 has rust hole so deep it’s dripping water into cab. What’s the procedure for saving my favorite truck? Please see pictures. I have read previous posts and wonder if same process would work or needs higher level body work?

DC 795 (now Dowsil 795) will bridge that no problem. Follow procedure in my earlier post but use a flexible knife like the 2" plastic ones home depot sells for 99 cents and bow it as you tool the joint so it's convex, to cover the small areas where the rust has eaten into the roofline.

ETA: you can use backer rod, also sold at HD, in the weatherstripping section, to take up some of the space in a deep joint like this one would be, to save money on sealant.
