Windshield Cracked...

HI Everyone,
I have a cracked windshield on my 2004 SR5. I was wondering if it is better to go to an autoglass shop or to the dealer? I know the dealer charges big $$$, but do the typical autoglass shops install a quality or factory windshield?
If anyone has any experience or advice with this, I would appreciate it!!

First off, check with your auto insuarance. They may pay for switching out the glass with no cost to you ($0 Deductible) and may allow you to swap out with OEM Toyota glass (they did for me).

I've used Safelite and numerous people I've talked have used them as well and had good experiences.
