I would call many local Toyota dealership Parts Dept. and ask who they refer to for body repairs. Then, call these body shops and ask if they only do Toyotas or many other brands. Ask for prices. If the price is right, then narrow down your choices to body shops that specialize in Toyotas.

I've done this 6 months ago.. 
Factory Toyota Glass from Japan costs around 600
Factory Toyota Glass from USA costs around 300-350
And then they have some Made in China stuff (I'd stay away)
Ask for the Toyota Glass from USA as they're prob the best bet (I did).
Takes 30 min to install (cost me exactly 300

Lance, how was the optical quality of the glass?
I cracked the windshield of an RX300 a couple of years ago. I had a non-Toyota quote (I think it was PPG) for about $250. The Toyota glass was over $600. Both quotes were from the same auto glass installer. Two Lexus dealers said they wouldn't take trade-ins with non-Toyota glass, so I went with the Lexus/Toyota glass. It had the worst distortion I'd ever seen in a windshield. Lexus agreed to replace it under warranty. The new one was better, but still poor.
I replaced the glass in a 2000 Suburban at about the same time for $200, with no optical problems.
The glass in my new 4Runner is better than the original glass in the RX300. I hope I can keep the rocks off of it.

The quality on my glass was the same. I haven't noticed anything different about using the USA glass instead of the JAPAN glass.
But then again, I'm blind as a bat so not like I would know the different
Figure as long as it's Factory glass it should be fine. Plus it was out of pocket so .... sigh.. damn rocks on the freeway....
